Exceptional Hospitality Starts with YouThis is your chance to be on our Development team who play a large part in driving Hilton's growth strategy through the addition of new hotels to our ever-growing portfolio! As an Administrative Assistant, you will report to the Head of AD&C Luxury & Lifestyle. You will partner with senior leaders from the Luxury & Lifestyle Development, Development Operations, and Owner Relations teams to support daily operations, manage priorities, and help drive key initiatives forward.
Whatyou'll do during a typical day
- Coordinate and prioritize the inflow of information for senior leaders, including email and correspondence
- Manage calendars, contacts, and task lists
- Draft correspondence, memorandums, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Answer and screen calls, route inquiries, and ensure clear communication
- Liaise with internal and external partners to support Executive's priorities
- Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate efficient decision-making
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including complex domestic and international itineraries
- Organize meetings, webinars, and conference calls, including logistics and materials
- Prepare reports and presentations by compiling and summarizing key information
- Conduct research and complete projects independently
- Manage expense reporting and related administrative processes
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of professional experience
- Five (5) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Experience communicating with senior level leadership, and staff at all levels
- Experience working with PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Willingness to travel 10%
It would be useful if you have:
- Ten (10) years of professional experience
- Eight plus (8+) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
