Qualifications & SkillsRequires a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), with 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in professional services. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems is essential. Must possess excellent communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Strong customer service, independent judgment, and diplomacy are vital, along with the ability to handle confidential information and work effectively with all management levels.
KeyDuties
- Supporting administrative processes using firm systems and tools
- Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and venue arrangements
- Processing invoices, assisting with onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining client data
- Producing correspondence, reports, and confidential materials
- Performing seasonal tax support and other ad hoc tasks as needed
