- Naturally notice details others miss
- Can manage multiple competing priorities without losing track of what matters
- Work quickly without sacrificing accuracy

- Are self-sufficient—but communicate early when you need help, information, or resources
- Stay calm and centered in a busy environment
- Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do next
- Have excellent follow-through
- Are warm, professional, and comfortable communicating with parents, students, and staff
- Learn technology and new systems quickly
- Welcome feedback and use it to get better
- Are willing to move something forward at 80–90%, learn from it, and improve it rather than waiting indefinitely for perfection

Strong backgrounds could include office administration, office management, scheduling, operations, project coordination, legal or medical administration, professional services, education/school administration, client operations, or military administration/operations/logistics.
We enthusiastically welcome veterans, military spouses, experienced professionals returning to the workforce, and graduate students with meaningful administrative or operations experience.
