Facilities Coordinator
Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking an entry level Facilities Coordinator, who will be a key contributor to various regions on a high-visibility corporate account. The successful individual will be organized, efficient, proficient in Google Suite, and eager for learning and growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Facilities Coordinator
- Act as a liaison to Jones Lang LaSalle support services and other account team members
- Assists with the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to create and upkeep work orders with technical staff, vendors or other service providers
- Respond to all work orders in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service
- Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success
- Assist with vendor badging process and process oriented tasks
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to high-quality customer service and a client-focused approach
- Intermediate level Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Exhibit a high degree of service orientation and professionalism while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations
- Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with Jones Lang LaSalle performance
- Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery
- Seeks to continuously improve processes and innovate
- Work with facilities personnel, teammates and vendors to facilitate seamless work execution and high-quality coordination within the client setting while ensuring minimal operational interference.
Required Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities
- High school education or undergraduate degree preferred
- Experience in facility management, property operations, or commercial real estate environments
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for work order coordination and tracking
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
- Proficient in Excel, Google sheets, Google Drive and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
- Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
- Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
- Strong organizational skills and collaborative style needed
This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Estimated compensation for this position:
45,700.00 – 66,300.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
