Summary:

- Mission Technologies is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to several members of our Executive Leadership Team. This role requires exceptional judgment, multitasking ability, and a deep understanding of executive-level priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of leadership initiatives.

This position will be based out of our McLean, VA location and offers a stable work environment, a mission‑focused team, and a welcoming, supportive culture.

What You Will Do:
  • Calendar & Schedule Management
    - Coordinate complex calendars across multiple executives, including internal meetings, external engagements, and travel logistics.
  • Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up
    - Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and action trackers; attend select meetings to capture notes and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Travel Coordination
    - Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reconciliation.
  • Communication & Liaison
    - Serve as a gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; draft and manage correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Project & Initiative Support
    - Assist with cross-functional projects, leadership offsites, and strategic planning sessions; track deliverables and deadlines.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion
    - Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Office Operations & Executive Preferences
    - Ensure executives’ preferences are reflected in daily operations; manage logistics for leadership events and engagements.
What We're Looking For:
  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
  • Proactive and reliable approach to daily responsibilities, with the ability to anticipate routine needs.
  • Clearance eligibility (if required).
Preferred Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with DoD protocols and executive-level government interactions.
  • Calm under pressure, with a high EQ and professional presence.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with grace and precision.
