- Mission Technologies is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to several members of our Executive Leadership Team. This role requires exceptional judgment, multitasking ability, and a deep understanding of executive-level priorities in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of leadership initiatives.
This position will be based out of our McLean, VA location and offers a stable work environment, a mission‑focused team, and a welcoming, supportive culture.
- Calendar & Schedule Management
- Coordinate complex calendars across multiple executives, including internal meetings, external engagements, and travel logistics. - Meeting Preparation & Follow‑Up
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and action trackers; attend select meetings to capture notes and ensure timely follow‑through. - Travel Coordination
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reconciliation. - Communication & Liaison
- Serve as a gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; draft and manage correspondence with professionalism and discretion. - Project & Initiative Support
- Assist with cross‑functional projects, leadership offsites, and strategic planning sessions; track deliverables and deadlines. - Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity. - Office Operations & Executive Preferences
- Ensure executives’ preferences are reflected in daily operations; manage logistics for leadership events and engagements.
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
