  • Support the executive with a variety of business operations initiatives, coordinating across internal and external contacts.
  • Maintain organized systems for projects, records, contracts, invoices, business documents, and other operational needs.
  • Monitor open items and take ownership of assignments from start to finish, ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Assist with financial and accounting functions, including invoice review, expense tracking, reconciliations, payment monitoring, reimbursements, budgeting, and financial documentation.
  • Create well‑designed presentations, reports, and other business materials with a strong eye for clarity and visual consistency.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, website and social media, and other branded materials.
  • Support special projects as needed to further grow business initiatives.
Why You'll Love Working Here:
  • Work closely with leadership in a role with meaningful visibility across the business.

  • Degreed. You hold a bachelor's degree, with a strong academic background that demonstrates intellectual curiosity, discipline, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Financially capable. You are comfortable working with numbers and possess fine attention to details.
  • Anticipatory. You stay ahead of competing priorities, recognize what needs attention, and follow through without needing constant direction.
  • Thorough. You keep details organized and make sure commitments do not fall through the cracks.
  • Business‑minded. You communicate clearly and professionally and can represent an office with confidence across a range of internal and external relationships.
