As part of the Partnerships Conversions Product team, you will play a key role in eliminating areas of disruption to the Customer experience when we are onboarding new Partner credit card portfolios to Capital One. Specifically, you will partner in the transformation of our Portfolio Conversion Services to minimize Customer effort needed to continue making payments to their newly converted account.

This includes working with teams across the organization to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that support both business goals and meet key customer needs. You may work across product areas such as Payments, Data Management, Core Processing, Finance & Accounting, Disputes, and Front‑ and Back‑Office Servicing, using data, technology, and collaboration to create a reliable, efficient, and user‑friendly Conversion experience.
