As the Small Business Experiences & Capabilities Lead, you will lead a team of ~15 associates and work closely with our Business, Tech, Design, and Marketing partners to drive the launch of market-leading products for our small business customers and reinvent our digital spend experiences, including multi-user functionality and virtual card capabilities.

You will also play a key role in transforming the larger Product Management organization in BC&P. You’ll help shape our culture, grow our talent, and serve as an ambassador for Product Management across the company as we leverage AI to transform how we work and drive innovative, sustainable customer experiences.

• You have a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI, and use it to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation

• At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
