Procurement Analyst

Our client, a leader in the hospitality and supply chain management industry, is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join their team. As a Procurement Analyst, you will be part of the Inside Sales department supporting the procurement and order management processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-first mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Respond to customer quote requests promptly, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
• Track and manage orders from issuance through delivery, maintaining visibility into shipment statuses.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate and complete purchase orders.
• Provide support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure billing accuracy and payment reconciliation.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions using Salesforce and other systems.

• At least one year of customer service, hospitality, or supply chain-related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with procurement systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
