Manager, Product Management – Dynamic Experiences

As the Product Manager for the Dynamic Experiences (Dyn Ex) platform, you will lead the evolution of a critical framework that determines the "next best action" for experiences serving millions of customers and thousands of customer service agents. You will architect an "a la carte toolkit" designed to empower engineering teams to build flexible, adaptive, and tailored business logic without bottlenecks of legacy shared infrastructure.

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management.
• Currently holding, or in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
• Proof of a hiring manager’s ability to innovate across technology and customer domains.
