Inside Sales Manager
Lead, manage, and motivate a small team of Relationship Managers (Credit Buyers) while guiding them to meet and exceed loan origination performance objectives. Monitor and grant credit exceptions in accordance with company policy and within individual credit level authority. Provide training, coaching, and guidance to ensure effective adherence to all essential sales processes. Directly manage a territory of dealers, driving business results through relationship building, negotiation, and decisioning of submitted applications.

- Provide impact performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action.
- Guide employee success using a framework that encourages contribution, feedback, and growth.
- Empower career development planning and opportunities.
- Delegate responsibilities, welcome accountability, and provide regular feedback.
- Foster teamwork and cohesion aligned with the organization’s open culture and appreciation of diversity.
- Strategically analyze data, statistics, and operational results to transform low outcomes into solutions.
- Manage employee work schedules, including vacations, holidays, paid time off, and overtime opportunities to meet team needs.
- Demonstrate transparent communication by holding regular group and one‑on‑one meetings.
- Partner with peers and teammates to efficiently achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives.
- Available ~3 Saturdays per month as needed to cover dealer inquiries and escalations, with Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off.
- In‑office 5 days per week for the first 90‑day training period.
- Potential to work up to 2 Sundays per month, with Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services or business‑to‑business sales.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in indirect auto finance.
- 2+ years of experience in credit underwriting.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
McLean, VA: $151,900 – $173,400 annually. Positions in other locations are subject to the pay range associated with that location. Eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives.
