As part of a team, provide comprehensive support to a federal organization to drive transformational change across a cabinet-level agency. Collaborate directly with senior level clients in a fast‑paced environment to shape and execute strategy, including stakeholder engagement, internal operations, communications, and program execution.

• Proven abilities and prior success working in a fast‑paced environment with expectations to contribute to or lead workstream, to help provide clarity and direction in ambiguous situations.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into tangible documents, briefings, and/or deliverables.
• Prior experience in creating C‑Suite level strategic communications and visuals (i.e. one‑pagers, “slick sheets,” etc.).
• Prior experience in communications and stakeholder engagement to engender alignment and buy‑in across a large, diverse set of stakeholders.
• Prior experience supporting program management initiatives, including reporting, financial and resource management, communications, and operations.
• Prior experience in preparing and/or facilitating client meetings and synthesizing data into high‑level outputs.
• Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be US Citizen.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, developers, architects and subject matter experts.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects in addition to time‑sensitive ad‑hoc requests.
• Excellent skills in MS Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint and Excel)
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization approaches and tools

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
