Senior Associate, Process Manager (Hybrid)
Take part in leading critical and strategic business projects within the C&O SEA Team, achieving high impact results across Branch and Cafe operations. This role focuses on process ownership, project management, and stakeholder communications to deliver an enhanced digital and on‑site customer experience.

- Lead moderate to complex projects, processes, and programs.
- Own processes across Branch and Cafe Operations, ensuring scheduled review, maintenance, and documentation.
- Plan program‑level communication and keep stakeholders informed.
- Ensure timely execution of review processes and data integrity.
- Identify, communicate, and remediate process/project gaps.
- Utilize data insights to design, develop, and manage process documentation, adjusting for changing requirements.
- Document processes appropriately to mitigate risk and meet delivery timelines.
- Run retrospectives and analyze review outputs to inform program enhancements.
- Partner cross‑functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership.
This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the office and the remainder of the week remotely.
Basic Qualifications- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 5 years of experience with Project or Process Management.
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
- 6+ years of experience with Project or Process Management.
- PMP, BPM, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
