Manager, Product Management- Credit Bureau Reporting Modernization

The Card Credit Bureau Services team is embarking on a multi-year journey to bring Credit Bureau Reporting in-house to new enterprise platforms. This role will be responsible for leading tech teams that are actively building out a reimagined Credit Bureau Reporting solution with new intent on new platforms and will have the opportunity to work with multiple aspects of the Card Business while solving critical problems for our agents and customers.

• Is excited by / interested in evolving novel technologies like leveraging AI to simplify and automate processes
• Is comfortable with going deep on data, understanding why its important to our use case and how to leverage it to achieve new intent
• Is an integrated problem solving rockstar -- ready to partner with a brilliant team of Process, Tech, Ops and Risk partners, to deliver a bold vision that's a step-change improvement from our current state solution
• Is comfortable diving into details and understanding the pain points, needs, and opportunities for improvement in this critical Card process

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

• At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

• McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
• New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
