Senior Associate, Product Management – Credit Bureau Disputes

Overview

The Card Credit Bureau Services team is embarking on a multi-year journey to re-imagine Credit Bureau Reporting and Disputes. This role will manage a tech team actively building out the end-state experience for Credit Bureau Disputes, working across the Card Business to solve critical problems for agents and customers.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
  • 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
  • 1+ years working with cross‑functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.
Compensation

Capital One offers a competitive salary that varies by location. Salary ranges may be provided upon request. This role may also earn performance‑based incentive compensation, such as a cash bonus or long‑term incentive.
