This person will lead the product strategy for customer referrals across the enterprise
. You will own the end‑to‑end customer journey—balancing business objectives with intuitive design—while partnering with technical teams to bring the vision to life. We are looking for a high‑ownership leader and clear communicator who can act as a strategic thought partner to transform our referral experience into a best‑in‑class digital destination.

• At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management.
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems).
• A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
