Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Drive execution of project deliverables across multiple work streams such as CLM, S2P, or Finance. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Facilitate status meetings, prepare executive‑level reporting, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with deployment SMEs, Business Process Leads, and Change Management teams to align system configurations and process decisions.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate integration activities across platforms such as Infor, Icertis, or Costpoint. Support organizational change management and end‑user adoption through training and communications.

Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

• Experience in reporting or financial analysis
• Knowledge of business analysis or consulting
• Ability to work in fast‑paced programs with cross‑functional teams
• HS diploma or GED

Salary range: $43,700.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD). Compensation is determined by location, experience, and other factors.
