McLean, VA- 100% ONSITE
Duration : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $50 - $54/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive) Introduction
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in business analysis and UI design. The ideal candidate will have experience in understanding business processes and translating them into technical requirements. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with various teams.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in business analysis.
- Experience with UI design and development.
- Sound knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Proficient in Excel for documenting and presenting concepts and requirements.
- Prior work experience in the client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
PreferredSkills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of mainframe CICS.
- Experience with Jira for creating stories and managing tasks.
- Experience with coordinating with UX teams for UI design.
- Analyze existing CICS screen flows and IMS database elements to map business needs.
- Review analysis with business stakeholders and align requirements.
- Design UI per business needs and coordinate with the UX team.
- Analyze Postgres database to determine and display appropriate data on screens.
- Create Jira stories, provide clarification to the development team, and verify test results.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to understand PI goals and track action items to closure.
