Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager who will join our team dedicated to building out and expanding operational data infrastructure, integrating machine‑learning models into our ecosystem, and working closely with partner teams to enable smarter segmentation and decisioning.
Responsibilities- Build and expand operational data infrastructure.
- Integrate machine‑learning models into the platform.
- Work with Enterprise platforms to identify new technology, patterns, and data sources that deliver value.
- Collaborate with business partners to prioritize high‑leverage areas for expanding capabilities.
- Work with risk management to ensure seamless end‑to‑end process.
The Card Collections and Recoveries group, part of the Customer Resiliency team, drives end‑to‑end ownership of the customer experience and P&L impact each quarter.

- Transformational Leadership – lead cross‑functional teams to solve customer problems and drive alignment.
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management.
- Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
- Minimum education requirement satisfied, and the degree will be obtained on or before the start date.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
- Experience building data infrastructure or integrating machine‑learning models.
Location‑based ranges:
Chicago, IL: $149,800 – $171,000;
McLean, VA: $164,800 – $188,100;
New York, NY: $179,700 – $205,100;
Richmond, VA: $149,800 – $171,000. Eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation and long‑term incentives.
