As a change management professional, you'll use critical thinking skills, change management experience , and project management skills to help government customers solve pressing organizational challenges. * 6+ years of experience in project or program management, process improvement, and business analysis

* Ability to solve complex problems using critical thinking

* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
* Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have:
* Experience using Tableau

* Experience drafting decision briefings, visual decision briefings, strategic planning, facilitation, and organizational planning

* Experience working with executives

* Possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Project or Change Management Certification
* Lean Six Sigma Certification Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
