Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Senior Associate, Product Management - Pay Over Time (Business Cards & Payments)

Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) | Build the Future.

At BC&P, we bring a builder's mindset to work, just like the business owners we serve. Small businesses are a different kind of customer. They're the people turning ideas into opportunities, and opportunities into livelihoods. When we build for them, we build something bigger. That's why we have a high bar for quality. We own the work end to end, turning today's insights into tomorrow's results, together.

  • We’re relentlessly curious.
  • We ask the hard questions.
  • We make space for the best ideas to win.

Because that’s how we create impact we can be proud of.

BC&P is looking for a Product Manager with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for Al. While formal on-the-job experience with Al is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated Al into their personal projects, explored Al-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot), or built automations using Al agents. Show us how you’ve used Al to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.

Responsibilities
  • Own the product strategy for BC&P’s product swaps capability, helping design the end‑to‑end flow to provide customers with the product that is best for them.
  • Use a combination of customer feedback and performance data to prioritize potential use cases.
  • Be the product manager for a tech team where you maintain the backlog, submit new intake requests, review requirements, remove roadblocks, and, when possible, resolve issues.
Learning & Growth
  • Human Centered
    • Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature design.
    • Break down business epics into features and further into user stories, driving the team toward lowest effort or MVP for a valid feature test.
  • Business Focused
    • Demonstrate a growth mindset, using hypothesis‑driven assessment of data to ensure the product or feature delivers on real business needs.
    • Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, ensuring all necessary processes and procedures are followed to manage risk.
  • Technology Driven
    • Work autonomously in an agile environment to conduct research and develop features that utilize new and evolving technology.
    • Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject‑matter experts to build cutting‑edge solutions to help customers.
    • Deliver well‑managed product platforms for customers by seeking to understand technology trends and architecture strategy.
  • Transformational Leadership
    • Actively participate in horizontal forums, harnessing a network of trusted relationships among tech teams, designers, key internal stakeholders, and partner teams.
    • Articulate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value and share with stakeholders, elevating the team’s results and becoming a product matter expert.
We want you if you are:
  • Intellectually Curious – you ask why, explore, are not afraid to blurt out a crazy idea, and follow an email chain for weeks to find an answer.
  • Communicator & Influencer – you can communicate complex ideas clearly regardless of your audience and rally associates to work with you.
  • Do‑er – biased toward action, you try things, sometimes fail, get around roadblocks, stay focused on goals, and are organized enough to multitask.
  • Passionate & Customer Focus – you care about growing others, bring them together around what’s possible, enjoy building and shipping products, and understand customer needs.
  • Learner – you have an appetite to learn new technologies while exhibiting humbleness.” [
