To support this rapidly evolving ecosystem, we are seeking a Manager of Process Management to lead a high-performing team dedicated to designing, optimizing, and delivering flawless workflows that eliminate operational friction and scale business efficiency.
Collaborating closely with passionate, cross-functional leaders, you will influence strategic outcomes that directly boost the company’s bottom line while leveraging data‑driven insights to champion data integrity, establish operational benchmarks, and ensure seamless execution across the enterprise.
As Process Manager for Fee billing you will lead the team responsible for overseeing the configuration, validation, and execution of the daily fee billing process within the settlement platform. The role ensures accurate fee application across multiple transaction types and leads initiatives to streamline billing workflows, enhance automation, and maintain compliance with internal pricing policies and external partner agreements.
Responsibilities Daily Operations Leadership- Oversee the daily intake, setup, and validation of fee billing forms.
- Ensure timely and accurate fee mapping for transactions.
- Reconcile daily outputs against internal pricing schedules and partner contracts to ensure billing integrity.
- Lead the fee billing team.
- Drive continuous improvement in billing accuracy, cycle time, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fee setups align with contractual terms.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex billing discrepancies and pricing exceptions.
- Maintain audit‑ready documentation for all fee setups, including contract packets, enforms, and validation logs.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
- Provide day‑to‑day guidance to junior analysts and contractors, reviewing their setups and offering coaching on fee standards and billing logic.
- Lead knowledge‑sharing sessions and contribute to desk procedures and SOPs.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Military Experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Process Management.
- Master’s Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Lean certification or Six Sigma certification.
The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed by location:
- McLean, VA: $134,400 – $153,300
- Houston, TX: $122,100 – $139,400
- Riverwoods, IL: $122,100 – $139,400
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
