Business Analyst Associate – August 2027

As a Business Analyst associate in the Analyst Development Program (ADP), you’ll apply your analytical and strategic skills to impact challenges that drive company growth and resilience — like launching new products and customer experiences, crafting our marketing and digital strategy, and analyzing the business impacts of lending decisions. The projects span across the financial services spectrum and give you the driver’s seat to make an impact on our businesses, customers, and mission.

You’ll have the opportunity to explore and learn while being mentored by senior leaders and will rotate through two distinct roles to accelerate your career growth.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or in the process of completing a full‑time program by August
  2027 or earlier.
• Capable of working in the continental United States with in‑person attendance at the assigned location.
• Capable of completing required 5‑day work week; no relocation to Canada, United Kingdom, or Philippines.
• Not a candidate for employer sponsorship of work‑authorization or immigration support (e.g., H1B, F‑1 OPT, etc.).

• Act as a key decision maker and business owner, driving recommendations, implementing solutions, and measuring impact with senior leaders across product, tech, sales, operations, design, data science, engineering, and finance.
• Help people improve their relationship with money by identifying the right products, assessing risk, and optimizing lending practices.
• Develop hypotheses, set analytical frameworks, test solutions, scope feasibility, lead implementation, and monitor success of new initiatives.
• Use data, analytics, empathy, and ingenuity to deliver technology‑driven solutions that reimagine banking.
