Job Overview: The Business Analyst Associate will play a key role in supporting business operations, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to drive decision-making. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Support project management activities, including tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

$35.00 – $40.00 per hour
