Senior Associate, Product Management – Upmarket Card Team
We are seeking a passionate product manager to build and ship features for our upmarket card products. The role focuses on creating intuitive, data‑driven products that help customers make smarter financial choices.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with technical teams to define acceptance criteria and identify research needs for future feature designs.
- Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving the team toward a minimal‑viable product for testing.
- Use hypothesis‑driven assessment of data to ensure products deliver real business value.
- Own and prioritize feature roadmaps while managing risk and ensuring processes and procedures are followed.
- Work autonomously in an agile environment to research and develop features that leverage new technologies.
- Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject‑matter experts to build cutting‑edge solutions.
- Deliver well‑managed product platforms for customers by understanding technology trends and architecture strategy.
- Participate in horizontal forums to harness a network of trusted relationships and articulate a succinct product roadmap to stakeholders.
- Intellectually curious with a hunger to learn and tackle new challenges.
- Strong communicator and influencer capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to all audiences.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
- At least 1year of product management experience or 1year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- 1+years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
- 1+years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
- 1+years working with cross‑functional teams as a product owner in an agile process.
Full‑time salary ranges vary by location:
Chicago, IL – $101,100–$115,400;
McLean, VA – $111,200–$126,900;
New York, NY – $121,300–$138,400;
Richmond, VA – $101,100–$115,400.
Performance‑based incentive compensation may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
