Senior Associate, Product Manager – Enterprise Services Product Management at Capital One requires reimagining the status quo, uncovering value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. You’ll learn the essentials of product management and grow in four key areas:

- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science and subject‑matter experts to build comprehensive acceptance criteria and identify research needs for future feature design.
- Break down business epics into features and user stories, prioritizing low‑effort or MVP solutions for valid feature tests.
- Use hypothesis‑driven data assessment to ensure products meet real business needs.
- Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, managing risk and ensuring all necessary processes are followed.
- Conduct research and develop features that leverage evolving technology, working autonomously in an agile environment.
- Deliver well‑managed product platforms by understanding technology trends and architecture strategy.
- Participate in horizontal forums to build trusted relationships among tech teams, designers, stakeholders and partner teams.
- Articulate succinct product roadmaps, share them with stakeholders, elevate team results and become a product‑matter expert.
- Intellectually curious and comfortable with ambiguity; seek new challenges and share bold ideas.
- Strong communicator and influencer, able to rally associates and convey complex ideas clearly.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
- At least 1 year of product management experience, or equivalent experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- 1+ year translating business strategy or analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
- 1+ year working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
- 1+ year experience as a product owner in an agile development process with cross‑functional teams.
Annual base salary ranges (federal override applies) by location:
- Chicago, IL: $101,100 – $115,400
- McLean, VA: $111,200 – $126,900
- New York, NY: $121,300 – $138,400
- Richmond, VA: $101,100 – $115,400
