We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Servicing and Payments Digital Product team in Capital One Small Business Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for reimagining the money movement capabilities that small business customers rely upon to pay and get paid. Your role will be equal parts coach, visionary, and problem solver, and you will be responsible for leading a high‑impact team, co‑creating a vision for the future, gaining broad stakeholder alignment, and guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional value while knocking down all the things that slow us down.
