Our client is a major financial enterprise dedicated to supporting housing markets and promoting sustainable home ownership nationwide. The Business Analyst Associate will support Agile delivery teams by managing operational and compliance-related activities tied to production readiness and change management.
This is a full-time, contract position based in McLean, VA, paying $40.00 per hour.
Responsibilities- Manage Service Now change requests, ensuring completeness, approvals, and timely execution.
- Coordinate change management activities, including scheduling and tracking change tickets.
- Create and maintain Jira stories related to production and brownfield readiness.
- Collect and manage documentation and evidence to support operational readiness and compliance.
- Act as the central point of contact for cross-team readiness status updates.
- Support deployment activities and readiness reviews.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Delivery Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience supporting production deployments or release management is preferred.
- Familiarity with Change Management processes, Jira, Service Now, and operational readiness frameworks.
