Aboutthe Role
Step into the cutting‑edge world of Autonomous AI as the Product Manager for ATLAS (Alerting, Traceability, Logging, Automated controls, & System observability). You will spearhead our strategy for system safety, automated controls, and robust observability. In this transformational role, you will partner cross‑functionally to build scalable, technology‑driven architectures that deploy real‑time alerts, ensure compliance, and drastically reduce incident recovery times. By applying human‑centered design and integrated problem‑solving, you will translate complex whitespace challenges into an iterative, game‑changing roadmap that empowers our internal stakeholders.
Ultimately, your business‑focused vision and deep‑dive analytics will mitigate risks, uncover hidden opportunities, and drive the strategic investments needed to win in the AI space.
In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas that are the foundation for successful Product management:

- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management.
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field).
- A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field).
- An MBA with a quantitative concentration.
- Hands‑on experience or strong familiarity with industry‑standard observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana), Open Telemetry (OTEL) standards, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts like SLIs, SLOs, and MTTR.
- Proficiency in translating complex, fragmented system logs into actionable insights using data visualization tools, structured querying (e.g., SQL), and prescriptive analytics.

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
- McLean, VA: $164,800 – $188,100 for Manager, Product Management.
- New York, NY: $179,700 – $205,100 for Manager, Product Management.
- Richmond, VA: $149,800 – $171,000 for Manager, Product Management.
