The Retail Bank Marketing team is expanding, with a focus on delivering outstanding marketing experiences. Critical to this endeavor is the Marketing Technology that powers these experiences. This role, Manager of Product Management for Incentive Platforms, spearheads a key component of the marketing technology and is essential for achieving the desired marketing outcomes.

• Defines incentive marketing bonus structures that support business growth objectives and increase optionality for customers.
• Works closely with business strategists, designers, marketers, engineers, and leaders to inform the backlog of incentive bonus capabilities.
• Coordinates with a dedicated software development team to implement bonus payment optimizations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• OR Bachelor’s degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products
