Senior Associate, Product Management – Commercial Banking, Capital One

Capital One’s Product Management – Commercial Banking team builds innovative financial technology to support our commercial lending business. Senior Associates work with cross‑functional partners to design, build, and scale solutions that manage billions of dollars in loans, treasury, and capital markets products. The role involves translating strategic objectives into product requirements, driving the delivery of new technology, and ensuring customer value.

• Deliver products to support the strategy and operations for Top 10 Commercial Bank Craft strategies.
• Build “always on” technologies to increase profitability and empower associates.
• Reduce operational risks through strengthening controls and monitoring of key processes.
• Own the strategy and delivery of new products and features in partnership with technology teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design partners to deliver shared outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience or related experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• 1+ year of translating business strategy or analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
• 1+ year of working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
• 1+ year of working with cross‑functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.

Base salary ranges by location:
Charlotte, NC: $101,100 – $115,400.
McLean, VA: $111,200 – $126,900.
Richmond, VA: $101,100 – $115,400.
The role is eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
