As the Senior Manager of Product Management within the Rewards CX & Redemptions Product Team, you will lead the product vision for three key redemption channels:
Gift Cards, Miles Transfer, and Cash (including statement credits, checks, and direct deposit). These channels are critical components of the rewards customer experience and serve as important levers for the card business to drive revenue and enhance rewards valuations with affiliate partners.
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the redemption channels, working closely with cross‑functional teams to align with business goals.
- Lead a dedicated team of four product managers, guiding them from early‑stage discovery through to final delivery, with a focus on reducing friction, increasing customer engagement, and improving the resilience and reliability of the technology stack.
- Implement metrics and data‑driven approaches to assess product performance and iterate quickly based on customer feedback and operational insights.
- Act as a prioritized stakeholder voice, translating business strategy into actionable user stories and consumer‑facing digital products.

- Transformational Leadership – Lead cross‑functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
- Currently holds or is pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field) or holds a Bachelor’s Degree in any field plus at least 4 years of product management experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
Salary & BenefitsMCLEAN, VA: $200,700 - $229,100
NEW YORK, NY: $219,000 - $249,900
RICHMOND, VA: $182,500 - $208,300
The role is eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Benefits include a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial, and other benefits that support total well‑being.
