US Card Recoveries is seeking a product manager to help us deliver the next generation of the Recoveries platform that is the foundation of our $3 billion Recoveries business. Your work on this platform will help accelerate new product launches, increase recovery rates, and meaningfully change the trajectory of our customers’ path back to credit.

In this role, you’ll especially focus on opportunities to modernize existing processes, leveraging automation to deliver both increased efficiency and improved performance. This effort will require you to learn how our processes work today, while embracing white‑space thinking to imagine the possibilities of how our processes could work tomorrow. You’ll partner with cross‑functional groups across operations, business analysis, and tech to define destination‑state architecture and experience for our internal customers, while ensuring this modernization is rolled out in a well‑managed way.

Additionally, you’ll learn the essentials of being a product manager, and we’ll invest in you to grow in four key areas:
