Manager, Product Management – Enterprise Document Management Platform
OverviewOur team oversees over 15billion client‑related documents and builds reusable capabilities across the end‑to‑end lifecycle. We are seeking a Product Manager to own the platform’s real‑time ingestion, deletion, and redaction capabilities that safeguard sensitive data while serving enterprise clients.
What you’ll do- Demonstrate a knowledge and passion for backend products, API integrations, and Gen‑AI/ML capabilities.
- Lead an engineering team to design and deliver product features for internal customers and agents.
- Build a roadmap, own the backlog, and prioritize high‑leverage features grounded in both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to influence and advance the agenda.
- Reduce operational risks through strengthening controls and monitoring of key processes.
- Human‑Centered – obsess about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions.
- Business‑Focused – deliver game‑changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence.

- Transformational Leadership – lead cross‑functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or a related quantitative field;
Business or Marketing; or bachelor’s degree in any field with at least three years of Product Management experience. - Preferred: experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
Chicago, IL: $149,800 – $171,000. McLean, VA: $164,800 – $188,100. New York, NY: $179,700 – $205,100. Richmond, VA: $149,800 – $171,000. Additionally, this role is eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation.
