Sr. Associate, Volunteerism Reporting & Data Enablement - Community Impact & Investment
Community Impact and Investment is in the midst of a multiyear transformation to increasingly align business strategy and social impact; launch new, different, and more holistic approaches to investing in our communities; use Capital One's volunteer time and talent in increasingly strategic ways; and use data, analytics, research, and inclusive design to inform more targeted and actionable consulting to our business partners on topics related to a broad view of financial inclusion.
We're seeking a Senior Associate to join our Associate Activation team. The Activation team is charged with fostering a culture of service and volunteerism across the enterprise by building, testing and deploying services to empower our "impact forward" associate base to engage with the community. This is a team of changemakers who seek to empower our associate base to give back by meeting our associates where they are, and delivering the programming and tools they need to easily mobilize their interests, talents and skills in the community.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience working for a for-profit company
- At least 1 year of experience in program management, project management, or a combination of the two
- At least 1 year of experience of creating and maintaining Tableau workbooks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in process management
- Experience in volunteerism, talent engagement and morale experience
- Community organizing, nonprofit, or political experience
- 2+ years of creating & maintaining Tableau workbooks for shared use and/or certified in Tableau
- 2+ years of experience working for a for-profit company
- 2+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a combination of the two
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager Mc Lean , VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Project Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
