The Team

The Retail Bank Marketing team is expanding, with a focus on delivering outstanding marketing experiences. Critical to this endeavor is the Marketing Technology that powers these experiences. This role, Manager of Product Management for Incentive Platforms, spearheads a key component of the marketing technology and is essential for achieving the desired marketing outcomes. This highly collaborative and user‑centric position involves defining incentive marketing bonus structures that support business growth objectives and increase optionality for our customers.

The individual will work closely with business strategists, designers, marketers, engineers, and leaders to inform the backlog of incentive bonus capabilities. Additionally, this role will coordinate with a dedicated software development team to implement these bonus payment optimizations.

Basic Qualifications
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following:
    • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Salary ranges:

  • McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
  • New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
  • Wilmington, DE: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
