As a Senior Manager of Product Management within our Rewards CX & Redemptions Product Team
, you will lead the product vision for three key redemption channels:
Gift Cards, Miles Transfer, and Cash (including statement credits, checks, and direct deposit). These redemption channels are critical parts of the rewards customer experience, while also serving as important levers for the card business to drive revenue and elevate rewards valuations by affiliate partners.

You will manage a dedicated team of four product managers, guiding them from early-stage discovery to final delivery with the goals of reducing friction, increasing customer engagement, and improving the resilience and reliability of our technology. • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
