Senior Business Manager, Future of Retail Bank Servicing Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Business Manager Future Of Retail Bank Servicing Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives.

Location:

Compensation: $200,700 - $229,100 annually

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years in quantitative analysis
• 3+ years in qualitative analysis
• 1+ year in people management
• 1+ year in project management
• Master's Degree in Business or related quantitative field preferred
• 5+ years experience in both quantitative and qualitative analysis preferred
