n is seeking a Senior Communications & Change Management Write
r to support enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a strong business writer who can simplify complex information, create engaging communications, and manage SharePoint content in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Create and edit high-quality business communications, change management materials, job aids, and employee-facing content.
Translate complex technology and business topics into clear, concise, and engaging communications.
Research, organize, and tailor content for different business audience
- Create, maintain, and administer SharePoint pages, document libraries, and site content. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to support enterprise communication and adoption initiatives.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and communication assets for leadership and enterprise teams.
- Support change management and organizational adoption activities through effective messaging and content.
- Manage multiple communication projects while meeting tight deadline
- 5+ years of professional business writing or communications experience
- Strong content creation, editing, and storytelling skills (non-technical writing)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint (page creation, library management, backend administration)
- Experience supporting change management and communication initiatives
- Strong research skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic video editing experience
- Experience supporting enterprise technology or digital transformation initiatives
Pay Range: $45 - $60/hour
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
