Techno Mile is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a dedicated portfolio on the SIMS suite for industrial and personnel security. You will build and maintain relationships with Techno Mile customers, acting as an escalation point and driving adoption and retention.
You will manage onboarding, adoption, renewal, and coordinate with support and product teams to pursue upsells and ensure customers realize value. Tysons Corner hybrid work options are available.
