Strategy Consulting Intern
- Summer 2027 Key Role Details
This role is a full-time paid internship program spanning ten weeks from June through August 2027. Interns join existing 4-8 person Strategy Consulting teams supporting senior leaders across Capital One on critical issues for our business. Interns who join the Strategy Consulting team will participate in Capital One’s larger Analyst Internship Program, which provides additional opportunities for experiential education and training, compelling networking activities, meaningful interactions with senior leaders across the company, and team bonding and fun.
Interns will be evaluated for a full-time position within Strategy Consulting, with start dates one year following the completion of the internship. Participation in the internship requires that you are located in the continental United States with in-person attendance at your assigned location, in accordance with Capital One’s hybrid working model, for the duration of the program. At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position (e.g. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, E-3, and O-1, or any other forms of work authorization that require immigration support from an employer).
Basic Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with an expectation that you will complete your most recent full-time degree by August 2028 or earlier. Must be continuing in the same course of study of your most recent full-time degree following completion of the internship.
