What You Will Do:

* Provide direct support to senior advisors within the U.S. government.

* Analyze and interpret defense trade issues, requirements, and regulatory impacts.

* Apply knowledge of ITAR and related federal regulations governing defense trade.

* Support congressional reporting needs through data analysis and Excel-based products.

* Prepare clear, concise written materials for internal and external stakeholders.

* Engage with counterparts across the U.S. government to gather information, coordinate actions, and support decision-making.

What You Will Need:

* An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.

* Bachelor's degree

* Minimum THREE (3) years of experience in relevant disciplines and fields, preferably in a national security setting

* Strong understanding of defense trade concepts and regulatory frameworks, including ITAR.

* Proficiency with data analysis and Excel.

* Ability to be on-site in Washington, DC full-time. What Would Be Nice To Have:
* Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn the nuances of defense trade operations.

* Experience supporting senior U.S. government advisors or similar stakeholders.

* Familiarity with interagency coordination across federal departments.

* Excellent writing and communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
