Leverage program management experience across complex programs to identify areas for improvement, spearhead initiatives to generate progress, and deliver mission impact Utilize understanding of complex nuances of Department of War and US Intelligence Community collaboration pathways and existing relationships and equities to drive progress Lead initiatives that fuse technology and data workflows with mission requirements Drive progress against both stated and unstated objectives, helping to build and sustain a business capability that increases efficiencies and output
What You Will NeedAn ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph Bachelor's degree TEN (10) or more years of experience in program management within the national security environment
What Would Be Nice To HaveFIFTEEN (15) or more years of directly relevant professional experience in program management, ideally within the national security or defense environment Experience with technology and data work flows to enable mission and business objectives Master's degree in a relevant field or discipline A Program Management Professional certification
