Join a dynamic, fast-paced organization within the Chief Information Office (CIO), supporting operational excellence and transformative technology initiatives across teams including the Enterprise Platforms and Products (EPP) team service areas. As a Business Operations Lead, you will provide tactical support and strategic enablement across teams focused on supporting enterprise technologies, platforms, and strategic transformation initiatives. This role sits within the CIO Business Operations organization and applies standardized processes while adapting to evolving priorities including quarterly planning, SERs, mid-quarter reviews, KPI reporting, and strategic initiative orchestration.

Success requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to translate technical, experience-driven, and cross-platform information into actionable, executive-ready insights.

You Have:
  • Provide comprehensive business operations support, including management of recurring processes, data calls, reporting, and ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop high-quality executive-level materials, including presentations, briefings, dashboards, and strategic decks.
  • Support Agile delivery activities such as PI planning, sprint planning alignment, backlog organization, and inter-team dependency tracking across CIO teams.
  • Support EPP service groups, including Automation Services, Business Applications, Delivery Services, Enterprise Platforms, and Enterprise Testing, by maintaining awareness of service-specific roadmaps, dependencies, operational commitments, and maturity challenges.
  • Manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines with sound judgment, ensuring deliverables are consistently met.
  • Maintain coordination of operational workflows such as scheduling, deliverable preparation, action tracking, and follow-up.
  • Support strategic initiatives, business rhythms, KPI updates, and planning cycles by organizing information and enabling leadership decision-making.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across technical teams, leadership, and partner groups.
  • Serve as a liaison to ensure alignment of priorities, transparent communication, and effective cross-team coordination.
  • Stay attuned to organizational goals and help identify, prioritize, and escalated critical tasks as needs evolve.
  • Navigate various personalities and work styles while maintaining professionalism, clarity, and a collaborative environment.
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting or working directly with CIO or enterprise technology organizations
  • Experience in business operations for large-scale technology, modernization, or transformation programs
  • Experience with OKRs, KPIs, or agile methodologies
  • Experience developing or coordinating enterprise-level governance or operating rhythms
  • Ability to support teams with varied maturity levels including helping mature teams optimize processes while guiding less mature teams through structured enablement, planning discipline, and operational consistency
  • Possession of strong interpersonal skills
  • Possession of excellent organizational skills with consistent attention to detail
  • Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills to produce executive-ready materials
  • Possession of strong analytical skills to synthesize complex information into clear insights
