Manager, Product Management - Credit Wise

As part of that mission, our Home experience will be the launchpad for consumers to quickly understand their financial situation and discover next steps to reach their financial goals. In this role you will ensure that our Home experience is intuitive and connects consumers to insights and tools that are individualized to their financial journey in order to manage today, prepare for tomorrow, and feel protected along the way.

As you develop intent and build/deliver your roadmap you will work closely with:

• Business/data analysts, engineers, and business development partners
• Design, Legal, Risk, and Compliance partners
• Internal and external partners to shape our Home experience

About the Team
Credit Wise has 70M+ customers and is a standalone brand under the Capital One umbrella, which allows us to move quickly while operating e build the future of personal financial management with our Credit Wise team. We are expanding our capabilities to unleash the financial potential of our customers with real time intelligence. We need a can-do product manager to deliver high-impact experiences.

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product Management:

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management

New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
