The Retail Bank Marketing team is expanding, with a focus on delivering outstanding marketing experiences. Critical to this endeavor is the Marketing Technology that powers these experiences. This role, Manager of Product Management for Incentives Core Platform, spearheads a key component of the marketing technology and is essential for achieving the desired marketing outcomes. This highly collaborative and user‑centric position involves modernizing our incentives platform to achieve scale and new levels of resiliency, defines innovative ways to leverage new data to unlock new bonus structures that support business growth objectives, and develops the long‑term technical strategy that ensures the platform can seamlessly support current and future demand.
The individual will work closely with engineering teams, enterprise partners, marketers, and leaders to inform the backlog of incentive core platform capabilities. Additionally, this role will coordinate with a dedicated software development team to implement these bonus payment optimizations.

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
OR
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management Wilmington, DE: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
