Senior Associate, Legal Process Manager

• Drive execution of processes and high priority projects for the Tech Reg Legal team
• Provide oversight of process improvement work and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on larger initiatives
• Collect, analyze, and measure data to identify trends and gaps and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Understand customer process needs and drive end‑to‑end customer process improvements
• Identify and implement process improvements supporting issue resolution and risk mitigation
• Evaluate where agentic workflows can replace or augment manual process steps
• Utilize generative AI to accelerate process documentation, synthesize large data sets for root cause analysis, identify hidden inefficiencies, and create standardized analysis assets such as Gems
• Develop working knowledge of in‑scope processes to partner on process improvement
• Provide clear and timely communications, updates, and escalations to stakeholders
• Manage risks across the value stream to maintain Well‑Managed processes
• Design, develop, manage, and document processes and project plans in a dynamic environment
• Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver commitments for the Tech Reg Legal team
• Provide customer service and training to internal customers on managed processes
• Deliver presentations, including to executive‑level audiences

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management, Risk Management, or a combination
• Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification (preferred)
• Experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) prompting for process management efficiency (preferred)
• 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Excel or sheets (script prompting) (preferred)
