Senior Associate, Product Management - Time; Business Cards & Payments

In BC&P, we are looking for a Product Manager with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI. While formal on‑the‑job experience with AI is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI‑driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents. Show us how you’ve used AI to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.

• Own the product strategy for BC&P’s product swaps capability where you’ll help design the E2E flow to provide customers with the product that is best for them.
• Use a combination of customer feedback and performance data to prioritize the potential use cases.
• Be the product manager for a tech team where you maintain the backlog, submit new intake requests, review requirements, remove roadblocks, and resolve issues when possible.

  • You’ll breakdown business epics into features and further into user stories, driving your team towards lowest effort or Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for a valid feature test.

  • You’ll own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, ensuring all necessary processes and procedures are followed to manage risk.

  • You’ll work autonomously in an agile environment, to conduct research and develop features that utilize new and evolving technology.
  • You’ll collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and subject‑matter experts to build cutting‑edge solutions to help customers.
  • You’ll deliver well‑managed product platforms for customers by seeking to understand technology trends and architecture strategy.
