Program Manager

Job Summary (List Format):

• Minimum 7+ years of IT Program Management experience, ideally within Financial Services.
• Role is a 50/50 split between generalist and technical program management responsibilities.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, executive communication, risk identification/reporting, and solution-oriented problem-solving.
• 50% of responsibilities involve managing data and system migrations, preferably with cloud technology experience.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Prepare clear management reports and executive presentations on project status and milestones.
• Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate updates.
• Track project progress, proactively identify risks/issues, and develop solutions to keep initiatives on track.
• Analyze, interpret, and visualize data to support business decisions in capital markets processes.
• Support process improvements by analyzing workflows and recommending data-driven enhancements.
• Ensure accurate documentation of project requirements, changes, and outcomes.
• Maintain current knowledge of capital markets operations, products, and data flows.
• Proficient in project management and data visualization tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Tableau, Power BI).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Agile or other project management certifications are a plus.
• Experience with capital markets, credit risk, or technical systems migration preferred.
